Vill du lära dig mer om företagstransaktioner och vilka karriärmöjligheter som finns inom området? I så fall ska du anmäla dig till vårt event tillsammans med PwC Deals den 4:e april!

Under kvällen kommer du att få träffa representanter från teamen M&A och Financial Due Diligence & Valuation i Göteborg. De kommer att berätta om hur transaktionsprocessen går till, vilka olika tjänster som efterfrågas av köpare respektive säljare i samband med att ett företag ska byta ägare och hur det är att arbeta med företagstransaktioner på PwC. Under kvällen kommer det även bli diskussioner och mini-quiz. PwC var den finansiella rådgivaren som anlitades vid flest transaktioner i Sverige 2020 och har lång erfarenhet inom området.

Det krävs inga särskilda förkunskaper för eventet och vi välkomnar alla studenter, både de som nyligen inlett sina studier och de som kommit längre i sin utbildning. Eventet äger rum på PwC’s kontor, men vi samlas i kårhuset för gemensam avfärd. Det kommer bjudas på lättare mat, dryck och mingel!

Do you want to learn more about business transactions and career opportunities in the field? In that case, register for our event together with PwC Deals on April 4th!

During the evening, you will meet representatives from the teams M&A and Financial Due Diligence & Valuation in Gothenburg. They will tell you about how the transaction process takes place, what different services are requested by buyers and sellers in connection to a company changing owners and what it is like to work with corporate transactions at PwC. During the evening there will also be discussions and mini-quizzes. PwC was the financial advisor hired for the most transactions in Sweden in 2020 and has extensive experience in the area.

No special prior knowledge is required for the event and we welcomes all students, both those who have recently begun their studies and those who have come further. The event takes place at PwC's office, but we will gather in the union building and travel there together. Food, drinks and mingling will be offered!
